How to Book a holiday with us....

Please follow these simple steps:

1) Check the availability calendar for 7 Harney Peak or The Steading

2) Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully.

3) Request a booking on line by submitting the Reservation Request Form

  for 7 Harney Peak or The Steading, or if you prefer, call us on 0116 2376453.

4) We will email or post a booking form to you and provisionally reserve your chosen dates for

  7 days, to allow time for you to return the form and a deposit to secure the booking.

  A deposit can be paid by posting a cheque made payable to 'Yates Estates' or by internet

  banking.

5) Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send confirmation of your holiday booking.

6) The final balance must be paid six weeks prior to your holiday, using the methods as at (4)

  above. Once the final balance has been paid, we will provide instructions for key collection,

  directions, etc.

Pricing

• The prices shown are per property, not per person.

•  A £20 discount is offered for two person occupancy at The Steading, for bookings of 7 nights

  or more. A discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

•  The cost of the holiday includes provision of all bed and table linen, tea towel, bath mat and

  fuel. Cleaning products are also provided.

  An initial supply of logs is also included at The Steading. An additional supply may be

  purchased at a cost of £5 per basket.

•  You have the option of bringing your own towels or they may be hired from us at a cost of

  £5 per set (1 bath & 1 hand towel), payable at the time of booking.

•  Pets are welcome at no additional cost at Apartment 7, Harney Peak.

•  There is no booking fee.

Short breaks

• Yates Estates offer short breaks from November to March, for a minimum of 3 nights. 

  Please call us for prices.

•  We aim to be flexible, and at other times of the year short breaks can be booked on a

  last-minute basis, subject to availability.

•  Prices for short breaks are based on a percentage calculation of the full weekly rate, relative

  to the number of nights required.

Pets

Pets are welcome at Apartment 7, Harney Peak in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Other Information

• Property changeover day is normally Saturday for weekly bookings.

• You are welcome to arrive at the holiday accommodation after 3 p.m. and are expected to

  vacate the premises by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless other times have been agreed

  with us.

• Please note that we do not take reservations from persons under 18 years of age.
