The Steading

The Steading sits proudly on the edge of a working farm in the tranquil village of Great Strickland,

where relaxation is assured.

This 18th Century barn has been brought back to life and tastefully restored using local Cumbrian materials.

Stylishly refurbished, its charming character features have been subtly blended with modern amenities

to create a luxurious and comfortable home.

"Having self-catered in many places in Europe, Ireland and the UK, we can honestly say that this is the most perfect cottage we have been in...it really feels like home, totally relaxing. A wonderful thoughtful conversion with every possible need catered for.

We will definately be back."
