Once a hotel, this traditional Lakeland building has been converted into separate apartments.

No. 7 is located on the ground floor, to the rear of the building.

A private entrance leads to an inner hallway with storage space for coats and boots.

The open plan living/dining room is spacious with a comfortable sitting area equipped with internet enabled television, DVDplayer and DAB radio. The bookcase is stocked a variety of books, DVDs and a selection of walking guides for use during your stay.

For your convenience, we provide a range of tourist information and leaflets for local attractions and places to visit, to help you plan your holiday.

Our modern kitchen is fully fitted with an integrated self-igniting gas hob, fan-assisted oven, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The cupboards are well stocked with all the utensils you would need on a self-catering holiday.

An iron, airer and ironing board are also provided and cleaning products are available for your use.

Tastefully decorated, the large double bedroom is fitted with solid wood furniture and has plenty of storage space. A choice of seasonal, hollow-fibre duvets is provided and the bed is made up for your arrival. A hairdryer is provided for your use.

The newly modernized en-suite bathroom has a Mira twin-head shower in a double-sized enclosure, WC and washbasin. 

The property is warmed with gas central heating.

There is private, off-road car parking immediately in front of the apartment.

Outside there is a secure bike store and drying room for wet clothing, conveniently located next to Number 7.

Garden furniture is available for your use on the patio outside the apartment.

Free Wifi Broadband is available for your use.

Towels may be hired at a cost of £5 per set
